David, I know exactly how you feel, being in a similar situation to yourself and unable to see just where staff are going to get their 'e' training from. I personally get the feeling that the leaders in the establishments really do believe that there is no need for CPD, unless of course it is free. That issue of limiting CPD to staff leads to whole load more questions....
I am hearing more and more talk amongst some learning technologists that there is a need to be more cutting edge...think ipads etc....but my direct experience is that 'cutting edge' to a huge number of staff is the ability to embed a video (and that's a step too far for a lot of them!).
I agree with you that we are in danger of stalling the good work and that again, there will be pockets of 'good practice' (those who can use the latest kit regardless of whether it is making a difference to the teaching and learning!). This seems to be a bit of 'deja vu'....

The second jigsaw was 1,500 peices and took an age and almost the entire dining table :-( I've bought a jigsaw thingy that holds and hide a 1,000 peice jigsaw, so it can be put away if it's getting too much. The picture shown above is a 500 - nice size, nice colours (not too much plain blue or white). :-)

I had the dilemma of finding 100 piece jigsaws too easy, but 1000 piece jigsaws too time-consuming and hard. To help my 8 year old with the 1000 piece jigsaw, I took nearly a year to complete it, then broke it up into small sections and bagged those up for her to solve. How's that for differentiation? ;-)

This slider appears when you edit tracks individually, if that helps. (Right click on Track -> Get Info -> Artwork tab) But as for controlling the display of the album art grid view.. I don't think there is a way to alter the size!
